The Service Provider applies subjective tax exemption pursuant to Section 188 of Act CXXVII of 2007. Prices do not include VAT.

Service Provider: the operator identified by the data above, Nagy Zoltán e.v. (sole proprietor).

Customer: the natural or legal person placing an order in the webshop.

Consumer: a natural person acting outside the scope of their profession, independent occupation, or business activity.

Webshop: the online store available under the magniq.hu domain.

These GTC apply to all online orders, regardless of the Customer's status (private individual or business). By placing an order, the Customer accepts the conditions of the GTC.

1. Selection of products: placing the desired products in the cart.
2. Data verification and correction: before finalising the order, the Customer has the technical possibility to check the data, modify the shipping/billing information, and the contents of the cart on the order summary page.
3. Purchase offer: after selecting the shipping/payment method and accepting the GTC, the Customer makes a purchase offer by submitting the order.
4. Technical confirmation: the system sends an automatic e-mail confirming receipt without delay, no later than within 48 hours. This message merely acknowledges the registration of the order, it does not constitute acceptance of the offer, therefore the contract has not yet been concluded.
5. Conclusion of the contract: the contract shall be deemed concluded when the Service Provider expressly confirms the feasibility of the order by e-mail or by sending the data necessary for the bank transfer.
6. Payment and invoicing: in the case of bank transfer payment, the Customer initiates the transfer following the confirmation of feasibility. The final invoice is issued upon receipt of the amount.

The submission of the order qualifies as a contract entailing a payment obligation, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on contracts concluded between absent parties.

The shipping fee is automatically calculated by the system based on the weight of the package and the shipping method, and is shown in the order summary. The delivery time is generally 1–3 working days from the dispatch of the package. In the event of delay, if the Service Provider fails to perform within 14 days, the Customer may withdraw from the contract.

Shipping options:

The right of withdrawal without justification under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) applies exclusively to Consumers.

Deadline: 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing by means of a declaration sent to e-mail.

Obligation to return: the Consumer is obliged to return the product without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal, to the Service Provider's registered office. The cost of return and the risk of damage during shipping shall be borne entirely by the Consumer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

Depreciation and liability for damages: the Consumer is liable for any depreciation resulting from use exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the fridge magnets. If the product is returned damaged, scratched, or incomplete, the Service Provider is entitled to deduct the amount of damages from the purchase price to be refunded.

Custom products: there is no right of withdrawal in the case of fridge magnets that have been made according to the Customer's specific instructions, such as a personal photo, custom inscription, or custom size. After the production of these products, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.

A refund will only be made after the product has been received by the Service Provider and its condition has been verified, no later than within 14 days.

Implied warranty (warranty for accessories)

In the event of defective performance, the Customer may assert a claim under implied warranty in accordance with the rules of the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.). For a Consumer (private individual), the deadline is 2 years from receipt, while for a Customer not qualifying as a Consumer (business), the deadline is 1 year.

The Customer may request repair or replacement, except where the fulfilment of the chosen claim is impossible or would entail disproportionate additional costs for the Service Provider.

Product warranty

In the event of a defect in a movable item (product), the Consumer may request the repair or replacement of the product directly from the Service Provider. The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of being placed on the market.

Complaints protocol

• After detecting a defect, the Customer is obliged to report the issue without delay at e-mail.
• High-resolution photographs of the product defect and the condition of the packaging must be attached to the complaint.
• Natural wear and tear of the fridge magnet, as well as damage resulting from improper use, such as dropping, direct strong sunlight, or chemical cleaning, do not qualify as defects.

Mandatory guarantee does not apply to the products under the applicable legislation, given the low value of the products.

You may submit your complaint at the e-mail address e-mail. We will respond in writing to incoming inquiries no later than within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with the complaint handling, you may turn to the Conciliation Body competent for your place of residence in order to settle the consumer dispute.

The personal data provided during the order is used exclusively for the fulfilment of the order, invoicing, and contact. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the principles of the GDPR and Act CXII of 2011 (Infotv.).

Data transfer: shipping data is provided to the chosen logistics partner, and billing data to the electronic invoicing system, to the extent necessary for the performance of their tasks.

Security: data is stored on a self-operated, closed server. Apart from technical contributors, no third party may access your data.

You may exercise your rights at e-mail, or via the account settings menu. Detailed rules are contained in a separate Data Processing Notice available on the website.

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. Amendments shall enter into force upon publication on the website. For orders already placed, the conditions in force at the time of placement shall apply.

In matters not covered by these regulations, the applicable laws shall apply, in particular the Civil Code (Ptk.), Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services (Ektv.), as well as the provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.

If any provision of these GTC proves to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
